 Colloide Engineering Systems is an established engineering company specialising in the water & wastewater treatment industry.
We offer a variety of services/products to our Clients - from consultancy through to the design and construction of complete systems.
As part of our product range, we provide Installation, Maintenance & Commissioning services to our Clients. We offer mechanical, electrical & process engineering expertise which ensures equipment is installed as efficiently & safely as possible and, thereafter, operates to its maximum capabilities.

 We are flexible in our approach to these services. Our role may vary from maintenance specialist to principal contractor and the responsibilities that this brings with it.
Our costs can be on a fixed price contract or on hourly/daily rates.
We also offer call out facilities for mechanical, electrical and, indeed, process problems during both regular and irregular working hours.

 Health & safety is paramount to our provision of services in this area and, through our focus on this, we can boast no reportable accidents over the past 5 years on any of our sites. Colloide have a comprehensive range of products and services to offer and have a project management and engineering service to match. This strong engineering support team back up all of our installation teams on site and are available to sort out any technical issues that may arise, minimizing delays for our Client.

| | 11/01/2010 Colloide secures Whitchurch Waste Water Treatment Works contract in South East Wales, United Kingdom
Colloide’s contract involves the design and build of a tertiary sand filtration plant for treating effluent from a humus tank prior to discharge. Colloide are acting as the specialist design & build contractor supplying 4no. 3m diameter Dynamic Sand Filters including all associated pipe work, valves, platforms, and compressors. | | | 05/01/2010 Colloide charity mountain hike for Waterforall charity
Colloide organised a 12 km Sponsored Sperrin Mountain Hike for the charity Waterforall. The sponsored hike took place on Friday 21st August 2009.
Waterforall have provided access to clean water to hundreds of schools and communities in Africa. More than 1,000 pumps and 2,500 purifiers have been donated to rural and peri-urban communities in sub-Saharan Africa, improving the health and wellbeing of many thousands of people.
| | | 04/01/2010 Colloide complete Cavan Regional Water Supply Scheme contract in Co. Cavan, Ireland
Colloide have successfully completed a contract for Cavan County Council, for the provision and installation of water pumping, dosing, and control equipment across three sites. The plant has an estimated demand in excess of 25,000 pe. The contract involved the design and build, and included all mechanical & electrical work. | | | 02/01/2010 Colloide secures Bryn Pica Contract in South East Wales, United Kingdom.
Colloide’s new contract at Bryn Pica Leahate Treatment Plant, Aberdare will involve the design and build of No. 2 side slope risers, complete with winches and control panels., pumping raw leachate to current lagoon for pumping to the leachate treatment plant.
