We were contracted to provide the design and build of the mechanical and electrical equipment and design the civil works, allowing our Client to provide the treatment tanks.
Project outline:
Colloide were employed to build a treatment plant to treat the domestic wastewater from a quarry which had up to 70pe working at any time. The discharge consent from the plant was 10mg/l BOD and 10mg/l SS.
Project description:
Colloide provided a treatment system based on their MBR technology. The following treatment stream was provided:

* Primary settlement
* Aeration & MBR tanks
* Associated pumps, air blowers, etc.
* Control system
