Project Detail
Colloide provided Louth County Council with the following equipment as part of the overall project;
- Lamella plates
- Framework for lamella plates
- New sludge cones and Pipework
- Control system for desludging
- Removal of existing sludge hoppers
- New distribution pipe for incoming water
- Refurbishment of existing launder system
Further information
Due to the demand for water from the existing works, plant downtime had to be minimized.
As part of the contract, Colloide provided a temporary clarifier when the existing clarifiers were being refurbished.
