Colloide have been successful in getting onto a number of Dynamic purchasing Systems (DPS) recently such as, Crown Commercial Services Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets (HELGA) DPS and Kent County Council’s Zero Carbon DPS. We are delighted to be adding 3 Counties Energy Agency Dynamic Purchasing System (3CEA DPS) to this list.

The 3CEA DPS is for the provision of goods and services for energy and climate action consultancy projects and for the provision of energy efficiency, renewable energy and retrofit works.

3CEA is a non-profit, independent energy agency working primarily in Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford and they are supporting investment in the low carbon economy through people and business for economic growth. Further information on this Contracting Authority may be found at www.3cea.ie

Economic operators and those admitted to the DPS will provide consultancy, advice, surveys, designs and the supply and installation services for full turnkey solutions, which they will independently project manage. In addition, the DPS will cover contractors instructed by DPS clients to carry out energy efficiency retrofit works. The goods, services and works will be required initially in the three counties within the 3CEA’s regional mission i.e. Wexford, Kilkenny, Carlow but some projects will arise outside of those.

The DPS is being established for a period of 10 years and is divided into two lots.
