Colloide were delighted to take part in two brilliant events focusing on district energy systems; Elemental UK District Energy Series and the Danfoss DEN Digital Festival. Both were free to attend and ran across multiple dates. We have listed full event details and recordings of the sessions below. Elemental UK District Energy Series

Covering a range of topics, this webinar series welcomed the participation of over a dozen speakers with a direct interest in this highly efficient way to heat and cool buildings in a given locale from a central point. Discover the full agenda for the Elemental UK District Energy Series.

Colloide spoke within the first session of Elementals talks which looked at the state of the market for district heating; the market size, latest trends and technologies, focusing on UK figures. Pain points for district energy from the perspective of a consultant, a client and a technology provider were also explored.

Colloide spoke at the ‘Heat from the underground!’ webinar within this event. This webinar discussed the challenges and solutions used in the most well-known, first of its kind project, where Islington council used waste heat from the underground to heat public buildings.
